FSA registered 2 bond issues of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC within second bond issue program with a total amount of KZT20.0 bn

/KASE, April 13, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, KMK), with bonds traded under official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), presented KASE copies of certificates of the Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision dated March 30, 2005 about state registration of the first and second issues of mortgage-backed coupon bonds of KMK within second bond issue program. According to documents submitted the issue size amounted KZT5 bn each with face value of KZT1. First issue was assigned a national identification number of KZPC1Y10B543, second - KZPC2Y12B547. Issues were entered into State register of securities under V54-1 and V54-2 correspondingly. [2005-04-13]
