Shareholder of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC was changed in compliance with Government's resolution dated June 28 of 2004

/KASE, March 24, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, KMC), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with additional information about changing of its shareholder. The letter says, "Shareholder was changed in compliance with the Resolution of Kazakhstan Government dated June 28 of 2004 #715 "About approval of the Plan of measures on realization of State program of house building development in Kazakhstan for years 2005 - 2007". Besides the letter says that agreement between the National bank and the Ministry of finance "About purchasing shares of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC was made on March 9 of 2005. On March 23 of 2005 KMC said to KASE "at present Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan in the person of the Committee of state property and privatization is Company's only shareholder".
