/IRBIS, Zaure Yessimova, March 18, 05, resent because of incorrectly shown date of fund's state registration/ - Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), which is Kazakhstan stock exchange's member of "К", "Р" and "Н" categories, today informed IRBIS that on March 15 of 2005 Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision made state registration of announced shares issue of Joint-stock investment fund of risk investment "Venture fund Centras". Joint-stock investment fund of risk investment "Venture fund Centras" was founded jointly with Innovation fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is the third investment fund opened by Centras Securities JSC, the message says. Detailed information is not given. As was said before, Centras Securities JSC is a managing company of closed unit investment fund "Centras-Globalniye rynki" and the first in Kazakhstan open unit investment fund "Kaznacheistvo".
