FSA approved 1st issue bond floatation report by Bank Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, February 25, 05/ - Bank Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) with bonds and shares listed under official "A" listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presented a copy of notification by The Agency for financial market and financial originations regulation and supervision (Financial Supervision Agency - FSA) dated January 2, 2005. According to the notification the FSA approved bond floatation report with respect to the first issue of securities of the company (KZ2CKY03B120; official "А" category list, TSBNb1; KZT1, KZT1,500.0 m; May 18, 04 - May 18, 07, inflation linked semiannual coupon, 9.00% APR for current period).
