1st issue bonds of KRTH ZANGAR JSC (Kazakhstan) are still not in circulation

/KASE, February 14, 05/ - KRTH ZANGAR JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by he official letter that coupon interest in company's first issue bond indexed on tenge devaluation (KZ2CKY05B026; KASE's official "A" listing category, ZNGRb1; KZT1, KZT3,500.0 m.; February 11, 04 - February 11, 09, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate) was not charged and paid because securities were not in circulation. As the issuer says bonds were not floated since their registration. These bonds were included in KASE's official securities list on February 11 of 2004. Trades in them have not been opened yet. According to issue specification, bonds can be floated during the whole circulation period. [2005-02-14]
