/KASE, January 7, 05/ - KazTransOil JSC (Astana) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter about the fact that on December 27 of 2004 the company paid the seventh coupon to holders of the first issue euronotes (XS0132391938, KASE's official "A" listing category;
KZTOe1; $150.0 m.; July 6, 01 - July 6, 06; semi-annual coupon, 8.50% APR).

According to issuer's information sum of the payment was USD6,375,000.

Judging on the transferred sum of coupon, the whole volume of registered euronoes was in circulation by register fixation date (December 21, 04).

Planned date of coupon payment on the bonds is January 6 of 2005.
