Alliance Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) attracted syndicated loan for the amount of USD23.5

/KASE, December 1, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), informed KASE with official letter that on November 25, 2004 the bank attracted syndicated loan for the amount of USD23.5 m. with six months term with option for prolongation for six months. Organizers of loan were English Standard Bank London and Austrian Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG. Participants of syndicate, including organizers, are 12 foreign banks and financial institutes from Great Britain, Austria, Germany, Canada, China and Latvia. Attracted funds will be used in financing of export and import contracts of bank clients. [2004-12-01]
