/KASE, November 26, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on November 25, 2004 Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) registered issue of announced shares. In accordance with the certificate about the state registration, the copy of which KASE has, the issue has been divided into 2,750,000 common shares KZ1C40310019 and 50,000 preference shares KZ1P40310115. The issue has been included in the State securities register under the number A4031. By the date of registration of changes in specification of the share issue (November 25, 04) 650,000 common and 50,000 preference shares of Alliance Bank JSC had been floated and paid, authorized capital was KZT7,000,000,000.
