AFN registered issue of 2,000,000 announced common shares of SB LARIBA-BANK JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, August 16, 04/ - SB LARIBA-BANK JSC (Astana), whose bonds are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has presented to KASE the copy of certificate of Kazakhstan agency for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) dated August 5, 2004 about the state registration of announced share issue of the Bank. In accordance with the certificate of AFN the issue has been divided into 2,000,000 common shares (previously 1 million shares), which were assigned national identification number KZ1C00090015 (previously - KZ1C00090414), and included in the State securities register under the number А0009.
