/IRBIS, Natalya Khoroshevskaya, July 22, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) issued today a press-release stating that net income of the bank for the first six months of 2004 increased 2.4 times and amounted KZT 1,125.0 m against KZT 463.0 m in the same period of previous year. Securities of the bank is currently being traded at KASE under A listing category.

The press release also stated that return on equity ration (ROE) totaled 23.9%.

As of July 1, assets of the bank equaled KZT 120.5bn (46% growth).

Bank's liabilities totaled KZT 110.9 bn and grew up by 47%; equity capital amounted to KZT 12.3bn.
