The volume of oil processing at "Atyrau refinery" OJSC in the 1st half of 2004 has reached 1 million 315 thousand tons, which exceeds the results of the same period in 2003 by 13.9%. In total the volume of oil processing at "Atyrau refinery" OJSC will reach 2.4 million tons in 2004, including 1.7 million tons from "KazMunaiGas" resources. The volume of oil transportation via "KazTransOil" JSC system in the 1st half of 2004 has reached 19 million 99 thousand tons, which exceeds the results of the same period in 2003 by 14.9%. In total the volume of oil transportation in 2004 will reach 35 million 708 thousand tons. 61,8 billion cubic metres of gas have been transported through main pipelines of "Intergas Central Asia" CJSC in the 1st half of 2004, which exceeds the results of the same period in 2003 by 8.8%. The volume of oil transportation in 2004 must total in 113.7 billion cubic metres of gas.
