/KASE, May 12, 04/ - NURBANK OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE with the official letter about sale of its 20,000 privileged shares to PAP Valut-Tranzit Fund CJSC (Karaganda) that is 5.77% of total number of the bank's floated shares.
