Bonds of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance of four issues passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, February 7, 2025/ – On February 6, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00013241 (KZT1,000; KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360), ticker – MFOKb23; - KZ2C00013258 (KZT1,000; KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360), ticker – MFOKb24; - KZ2C00013266 (KZT1,000; KZT7.0 bn; 3 years; floating monthly coupon, 19.00 % per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360), ticker – MFOKb25; - KZ2C00013274 (KZT1,000; KZT7.0 bn; 3 years; floating monthly coupon, 19.00 % per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360), ticker – MFOKb26. The Listing commission decision's effective date will be announced later on. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later on. The issues of these bonds are the sixth to ninth under the second bond program of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC, registered on September 29, 2023 in the amount of 100.0 bn. More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect. [2025-02-07]
