/KASE, April 22, 04/ -Bayan-Sulu OJSC (Almaty), whose shares are circulating in the stock exchange's official "В" listing category, informed KASE about replacement of its registrar. The Company entered into agreement with REESTR- SERVIS LLP (Almaty), who will be responsible for maintaining shareholders list, on the basis of the decision by the Board of Directors dated March 24, 2004.

Principal activities: the Company produces and markets confectionery.
