/KASE, February 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated February 4, 2025, global depositary receipts US34955X5077 (sector "derivative securities", ASBNd ), the underlying asset of which are common shares KZ000A0F4546 (KASE main market, category "standard", ASBN) of ForteBank JSC, were delisted from KASE official list (Astana). This decision of the Management Board is effective as of February 5, 2025. This decision was made on the basis of a request of the admission initiator to voluntarily delist the specified global depositary receipts from KASE official list. The specified global depositary receipts were included in the "Derivatives" sector of KASE official list from December 30, 2021. Trading in them was opened from January 31, 2022. [2025-02-05]
