Bonds KZ2P00013014 (MFUCb7) of "UNICREDO" MFO passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, January 30, 2025/ – On January 30, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00013014 ($100, $4.0 million; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 13.00% per annum; 30/360) of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second within the second bond program of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP, registered on July 28, 2023 in the amount of 10.0 mln US dollars. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFUCb7.
