Bonds KZ2P00013063 (MFRFb16) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, January 22, 2025/ – On January 22, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00013063 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 3 years; will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond offering auction; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R- Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the fifth under the first bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance", LLP, registered on March 15, 2024 in the amount of KZT30.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of Microfinance organization "R- Finance" LLP is First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb16.
