As of January 22 four issues of bonds of Intergas Central Asia included in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, January 22, 2025/ – As announced earlier, on January 17, 2025 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market: 1) KZ2C00013076 (INCApp13; 1,000 tenge, 2,409,826,000 tenge, 10 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed trades; 30/360); 2) KZ2C00013084 (INCApp14; 1,000 tenge, 5,820,000,000 tenge, 9 years 4 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined on the date of bond placement – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1%; 30/360); 3) KZ2C00013092 (INCApp15; 1,000 tenge, 3,360,437,000 tenge, 10 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed trades; 30/360); 4) KZ2C00013100 (INCApp16; 1,000 tenge, 7,980,000,000 tenge, 9 years 4 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined on the date of bond placement – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1%; 30/360).
