/KASE, January 15, 2025/ – Following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of January 15, 2025 Freedom Finance JSC has been released from performing the duties of a market maker on KASE for common shares KZ1C00001122 (KASE main market, category "standard", KMGZ) of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana).

This decision was made in accordance with Article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules for market makers' activities" due to the market maker voluntary giving up the said status.
