/KASE, January 14, 2025/ – An initial offering of the Asian Development Bank's
"green" international bonds XS2971950428 through a subscription to them is
conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today on
the terms and conditions set out below (Astana time).
The seller during the subscription to said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment
Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller).

The total nominal volume of bonds planned for placement is preliminary and is
subject to change upon notification of the initiator of the specified
subscription.
The price in an order must be the value of the coupon rate, expressed as a
percentage per annum with an accuracy of up to two decimal places.
The nominal volume in tenge must be specified as the number of financial
instruments in the order. The lot is equal to one bond, the minimum order volume
is 1,000 tenge.
According to the terms of this subscription, the list of additional information
about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said bonds includes the last
name, first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual or the name of a legal
entity.
