/KASE, January 5, 2025/ – Following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of January 5, 2025 Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Finance JSC), has been released from performing the duties of a market maker on KASE for common shares KZ1C00000876 (KASE main market, category "premium", KCEL) of Kcell JSC (Almaty). This decision was made in accordance with Article 3 of KASE internal document "Rules for market makers' activities" due to the market maker voluntarily relinquishing the specified status. [2025-01-05]
