/KASE, December 31, 2024/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC (KASE ticker – FHJI) dated December 27, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: Sh. Kassymbaeva;
• elected: A. Zhamanakov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC consists of five people.
