Bonds KZ2C00012854 (LZGRb10) of Leasing Group passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, December 12, 2024/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 12, 2024 decided to include bonds KZ2C00012854 ($1,000, $5.0 mln; 360 days; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first completed bond placement auction; 30/360) of Leasing Group LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) LZGRb10. More detailed information on the said bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2024-12-12]
