/KASE, November 21, 2024/ –Kaspi.kz JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 19, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• N. Zinoviev was excluded;
• Zurab Nikvashvili was elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz JSC consists of six people: V. Kim, Mikheil Lomtadze, Douglas Gardner, Szymon Gutkowski, Alina Prawdzik, Zurab Nikvashvili.
