/KASE, November 12, 2024/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 7, 2024, E. Kozykeeva was removed from the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Nurbank JSC consists of three persons: G. Mussataeva, A. Mazhuga, N. Tolymbekov.
