KazTransOil announces the publication by S&P Global Ratings of a review of the company's credit rating
/KASE, November 4, 2024/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release:

On October 31, 2024, the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings (hereinafter - S&P) published its annual review of the credit rating of KazTransOil JSC (hereinafter – the Company). S&P continues to maintain the Company's credit rating at "BB+", with a "Stable" outlook.
Among the key strengths highlighted by S&P are the Company's solid market position and its important role as the national operator of Kazakhstan's main oil pipeline system, minimal leverage and high likelihood of government support if necessary.
S&P has retained the Company's stand-alone credit profile rating at "bb+", which is constrained by the rating of JSC NC KazMunayGas.
