/KASE, October 8, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated September 25, 2024.

The sole shareholder, among other things, made a decision to increase the number of the bank's authorized shares by 26,440 common shares.
