/KASE, October 8, 2024/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on November 8,
2024, at 10:00 am, with five issues on the agenda, including:
- determination of the number of members of the Board of Directors of the
bank;
- election and early termination of powers of members of the Board of
Directors.
