/KASE, September 23, 2024/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 19, 2024 decided to include the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

• KZ2C00012185 (LZGRb8; $1,000, $5.0 million; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360);
• KZ2C00012193 (LZGRb9; 1,000 tenge, 2.5 billion tenge; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360).

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is September 23, 2024.

The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
