/KASE, September 18, 2024/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 16,
2024, K. Kozhakhmetov was elected Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland
Jusan Bank JSC consists of four persons: K. Kozhakhmetov, Zh. Azbekov, S.
Jarbolova, G. Jumadillaeva.
