/KASE, September 18, 2024/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated September 16, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• removed: G. Yessenov;
• elected: G. Jumadillaeva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC consists of four persons: K. Kozhakhmetov, Zh. Azbekov, S. Jarbolova, G. Jumadillaeva.
