/KASE, September 17, 2024/ – As announced earlier, the Listing commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 11, 2024 decided to include
the following bonds Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC
(Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00011906 (MFOKb21; KZT1,000; KZT7.0 bn; 3 years; floating monthly
coupon, 19.00 % per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360);
- KZ2C00011914 (MFOKb22; KZT1,000; KZT5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon,
19.00 % per annum; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is September 17,
2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
