Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release dated
September 12, 2024, which informs the following:

Kcell Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as “Kcell” or the “Company”)
(KASE, KCEL), one of the major mobile operators in the telecommunications
market of Kazakhstan, reports that there was a change in the composition of
shareholders holding ten or more percent of the company’s voting shares on
September 9, 2024.
The list of major shareholders includes KC HOLDING LTD private company as a
result of the transaction for the sale of Kcell JSC shares by Yessenov Galimzhan
Shakhmardanovich. According to the information provided by the shareholder, the
transaction was made in order to optimize the ownership structure of shares
within the framework of Mr. Yessenov’s group of companies, the final owner of
the shares remained the same, the number of shares did not change (29,745,215
ordinary shares of Kcell JSC).
Thus, the current shareholders of Kcell JSC, who own ten or more percent of the
company’s voting shares, are Kazakhtelecom JSC with a 51% ownership share
and KC HOLDING LTD private company with a 14.87% ownership share. The
specified changes will have no impact on the company’s operating activities.
