/KASE, 12.09.24/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that due to the absence of a quorum, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company scheduled for August 28, 2024, and the repeated extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company scheduled for September 10, 2024, did not take place.
