/KASE, 12.09.24/ – On September 11, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of OnlineKazFinance MFO JSC (Almaty) in the official list of KASE in the "bonds" category of the main site: - KZ2C00011906 (1,000 tenge; 7.0 billion tenge; 3 years; floating monthly coupon, 19.00% per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360); - KZ2C00011914 (1,000 tenge; 5.0 billion tenge; 2 years; monthly coupon, 19.00% per annum; 30/360). The Listing commission will be informed additionally about the effective date of this decision. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The output of these bonds are the fourth and fifth within the framework of the second bond program of OnlineKazFinance MFO JSC registered on September 29, 2023 in the amount of 100.0 billion tenge. The specified bonds have been assigned abbreviated designations (trade codes) MFOKb21 and MFOKb22, respectively.
