/KASE, September 6, 2024/ – Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 26, 2024 on issuing 384,615 common shares within the limits of authorized shares at a price of KZT13,000 per share, with the shareholder exercising the preemptive purchase right.
