/KASE, September 4, 2024/ – KM GOLD JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated September 2, 2024,
the following changes were made to the company's Management Board:
- removed: Y. Raimbekov;
- elected: R. Ibraev.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KM GOLD JSC
consists of three persons: A. Nurushev, T. Irsaliev, R. Ibraev.
