/KASE, September 3, 2024/ – MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decision of the general meeting of partners held on August 28, 2024:
- to increase the size of the partnership's authorized capital by 750,000,000
tenge with all partners making equal additional contributions without changing
the size of the stakes in the partnership's authorized capital.
