/KASE, August 23, 2024/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 12, 2024, the following persons were removed from the bank's Board of Directors:

• Bokhumil Polachek;
• Kiril Atanasov Bachvarov.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Home Credit Bank JSC consists of three people: Pavel Rozegnal, A. Saidenov, N. Nadirova.
