/KASE, August 22, 2024/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 13, 2024, B. Jalolov was elected to the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas JSC consists of five persons: B.Makhanov, R.Karakesov, D. Orazaev, R. Vodopshin, B.Jalolov.
