/KASE, August 15, 2024/ – MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 6, 2024:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2023;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2023.
