As of August 15, bonds of seven issues of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) delisted from KASE official list at issuer initiative

/KASE, August 13, 2024/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 13, 2024, the following bonds of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) have been delisted from KASE official list: 1) KZ2D00006541 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, BVTBb9, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn, 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % per annum, 30/360); 2) KZ2D00006558 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, BVTBb10, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn, 2 years; semi-annual coupon 9.00 % per annum, 30/360). The specified bonds had been included in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market since January 23, 2020. Following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 13, 2024, the following commercial bonds of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) were excluded from KASE official list: 1) KZ2D00006566 (KASE main market, "commercial bonds" category, BVTBb11; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 12 months; annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360); 2) KZ2D00006574 (KASE main market, "commercial bonds" category, BVTBb12; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 12 months; annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360); 3) KZ2D00006582 (KASE main market, "commercial bonds" category, BVTBb13; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 12 months; annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360); 4) KZ2D00006590 (KASE main market, "commercial bonds" category, BVTBb14; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 6 months; annual coupon, 7.00 % per annum; 30/360); 5) KZ2D00006608 (KASE main market, "commercial bonds" category, BVTBb15; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 6 months; annual coupon, 7.00 % per annum; 30/360). The said bonds had been included in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market since January 21, 2020. The above bonds were not placed and secondary trading was not opened for them. These decisions of the Management Board and the Listing commission come into effect on August 15, 2024. These decisions were made on the basis of an application of Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Kazakhstan) for the voluntary delisting of these bonds from KASE official list.
