Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding) has
signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Japan Bank for International
Cooperation (JBIC).
The signing took place on the sidelines of the Kazakhstan-Japan Business
Forum. The Memorandum was signed by Marat Yelibayev, Chairman of the
Management Board of DBK, and Nobumitsu Hayashi, Governor of JBIC.
"The signing of this document is an important step towards strengthening
economic ties between Kazakhstan and Japan. This cooperation will open up
new opportunities for the implementation of projects in Kazakhstan that
contribute to the economic, environmental, and social sustainability of our
country", noted Marat Yelibayev, Chairman of the Management Board of DBK.
