/KASE, August 12, 2024/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 6, 2024, R. Karagoishin was elected Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of six persons: R. Karagoishin, V. Son, A. Murzagalieva, K. Kozhakhmetov, S. Kandykbaev, A. Kuzdibaev.
