/KASE, August 2, 2024/ – On August 1, 2024, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00010916 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 3 years; floating monthly coupon, 20.00 % APR as of the circulation start date; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the third under the second bond program of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP, registered on September 29, 2023 in the amount of KZT100.0 bn. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFOKb20.
