Social bonds KZ2C00011757 (JSBNb4) of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, August 2, 2024/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 1, 2024 decided to include social bonds KZ2C00011757 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the third under the third bond program of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC, registered on July 4, 2024 in the amount of KZT1,700.0 bn. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) JSBNb4.
