/KASE, August 1, 2024/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 29, 2024.

The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to increase the total number of authorized shares of the company by way of issuing 185,250 common shares.
