/KASE, July 29, 2024/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on August 28, 2024 at
15:00 with the following agenda:
- on approval of the company's financial statements for 2023;
- on approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for
2023, on making a decision on payout of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company for 2023 and on approval of the amount of dividends per ordinary
share of the company for 2023;
- on choosing an auditing firm that would audit the company for 2024.
