/KASE, July 26, 2024/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 16, 2024, the following changes have been made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Ushbaev;
• elected: M. Mendybaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of five persons: M. Mendybaev, A. Kassymbekova, S. Aspandiyarov, O. Zhandossov, D. Kydyrbaev.
