/KASE, July 24, 2024/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 16, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: G. Pazylkhairova;
• elected: N. Konkaeva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National company Food contract corporation JSC consists of seven people: A. Sultanov, V. Aslanov, K. Maishev, D. Yenkebaev, A. Juvashev, Y. Akhmetov, N. Konkaeva.
